Well, one they'd be on Smackdown, so Im not sure people would make the immediate connection. But also, the ring work is very different. The Revival, at least from what each has done in the last 3-4 months, are doing far better heel work in their matches. They can get over on that alone

Amazing that even on a weak roster, with a weak tag division, the Ascension are still jobbing in a battle royale.

Aichner vs Gallagher is definitely a highlight of the tournament so far.

That theme works so well for both a super-over babyface, and a heel. The Glorious is either Miz's "Awesome", or its basically the hit in Balor's theme where the audience throws their arms up

 

That Bobby Roode theme is straight fire.

also in terms of overall performance (not just in ring work) Swann definitely impressed me one of the most of all the CWC guys

 

Haven't gotten to the last match yet (which is apparently really good), but tonight's CWC is certainly rivaling week 1 for the best week.

yeah. definitely the best week. and its only gonna get better from here on out.

also: If they keep doing this "Feed Braun scrawny jobbers" thing and sign Gallagher, then Gallagher vs Strowman needs to happen at some point.

 

Swann looked great. Gallagher/Aichner was good. Ciampa/Gargano killed it, unsurprisingly. So ready for Alexander/Ibushi next week.
