Yeah I decided to listen to this in portions instead...

 

I have watched this every day for the last week and it's still funny. Luke Gallows telling a story about Dr. Death visiting OVW

 

Looks like King of the Ring will be a PPV next year. Probably to put Braun over. lol

 

I'd be down for a 16 man tournament with 15 local jobbers and Braun Strowman

 

Maybe Eva marie can win it

If you have the Highspots Network do yourself a favor and watch the Kevin Steen Show interview with Cliff Compton. Cliff's story of Sami Zayn acting like an embarrassing dweeb backstage at a GnR concert had me dying.

 

Smackdown was much better paced this week. Both shows were a positive I'd say

 

Last week's Smackdown was bad because they put their entire roster in two matches. One a battle royal, which is always a flop, and the other was the main event. It was kinda impossible for them to fill out the rest of the show.

 

Did Apollo creed ever make his appearance last night? Lol

 

Consequences Creed was not thrilled.

So much has changed in NXT since Itami got hurt that I genuinely don't know if he fits in anywhere right now. Had he never been injured I feel like he'd be on the main roster by now

 

I like The Revival plenty but I can't really see how'd they work on the main roster when Gallows and Anderson are essentially doing the same "modern Arn and Tully" schtick.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if he turns on Naka at takeover. Could say that he deserved that spot and not a newcomer like Nakamura

 

The only thing that would make it worse would be if Dash was also bald

They'd be so stupid if they don't end up doing a Naka/Hideo feud ASAP. It's truly a dream match, it'd be like if either Mutoh, Fujinami, or Hashimoto faced either Misawa, Kawada, or Kobashi in a WWF ring in the 90's.

With that fued they could essentially tell the story of Japanese wrestling. It's Antonio Inoki vs Giant Baba, it's Strong Style vs King's Road, it's NJPW vs AJPW.

 

Former female indie star Athena. I've seen her live at multiple NXT house shows and she's incredible and has put on some of my favorite matches i've seen at those shows. Her top rope stunner finisher is fucking awesome.

As long as they're on separate brands I think they'll be fine. The only thing that would hold them back is their size and that doesn't seem to matter at this point. Plus, The Revival are far more dirty than the Club and they're smart about it. Even though the look is really bland, I have a feeling they are going to succeed big time on the main roster just because of how good they are.
