Was hoping it would turn into a triple threat, but good on WWE for giving Ziggler a legitimate win.

 

Isn't Dolph supposed to get disqualified for using the exposed turnbuckle?

 

I don't get the booking a ton but I guess there's nothing wrong with having more stuff to do till summersla actually comes

So that's just setting up for Dean/Ziggler teaming up and then one turning on the other. I wish the Wyatts were used for more than a plot device for another feud.

 

Definitely seems like a triple threat is in the making

Unless this Bray stuff is just filler until Summerslam

The other option for Bray is Sami in a "Raw v Smackdown bragging rights match". But there are already so many singles matches lined up for Summerslam...

 

I enjoyed this smackdown, good character work from Ziggler throughout

 

I'm thinking it would make the most sense for it to be an Ambrose/Ziggler/Wyatt triple threat. The uppercard on Smackdown right now has no room for Wyatt to feud with anyone else, there is already too many potential singles matches on the SS card, and it would make sense storyline wise for Bray to steal the WWE title underneath the two babyfaces talking about how hard they worked to get where they are.

As for Sami I think either he's feuding with a returning Neville for the new CW title or he has the unfortunate spot of being Braun's first match after his squashfest is over.

 

So glad they didn't split up Wyatt and Rowan, Rowan is good but his gimmick would have no direction without the Wyatt Family or at least Luke Harper

pretty bleh smackdown...and that's with DVR

although i'm liking what they're doing with Ambrose vs Ziggler. It's pretty different sounding. Ambrose isn't being a 'heel', he's just trying to get into his challengers head. i like it.

speaking of heels, ummm American Alpha are faces?

 

Yeah what Ambrose is doing is kind of normal in face vs face feuds where the champ or the more over one acts like a dick and kind of plays the role of the heel in the context of the feud but without ever really turning heel, as to give the less favored babyface a chance to get sympathy and crowd support.

The way Neville acted in his feud with Sami for the NXT title is a perfect example of that.

 

I thought neville was a little more full on heel in that feud.

 

last night got me on board with the ziggler resurgence. the match feels important now

 

Even though Ziggler probably won't win at SS I would like to see the feud extended.
