  1. If a large number of NXT guys are called up won't it just dilute the roster and make the "call up" less significant?

My biggest worry is recycling NXT stories. If they get called up together, we definitely get Finn/Joe again.

It sucked with Charlotte, I don't want the exact same story.

You can't hate Finn/Joe continuing a rivalry but get mega boners over KO/Sami doing the same thing

Take arms, it'll all blow over Prestigious

You can when one of those rivalries is signidicantly better than the other.

  5. Hopefully they put together a decent Raw tonight and don't mail it in because of the NBA finals again.

Ok and why is KO/Sami better? Because it's a long-term rivalry that's been allowed to build.
How can another rivalry get to that level without letting it continue and build and evolve?

And make NXT weaker, as the womens division is already showing. Get decent but not great matches like Asuka/Nia, and then the main roster women have shitty feuds like this seeming tag-team at MITB.

They kind of have to raid the NXT roster just to fill out house shows. Which probably means after Summerslam, NXT is gonna take a quality hit

    Jalen Ramsey is the GOAT

So, since we all know that Seth vs HHH is most likely going to happen at Summerslam, how do you guys think that feud should go if Rollins wins the title? What do you guys think actually kicks off the feud?

It'll probably be interference during the match at MiTB. Maybe attack Roman. Seth doesn't like the way it goes down and takes out Haitch. Rollins is pissed that Haitch tried to ruin his moment to just get revenge.

There is your feud and face turn.

  10. if Rollins wins he can talk trash and say he won without the authority's help blah blah blah. Then Trips comes out and gets mad. And there you go.

Combine that with it being a go-home for a PPV, chances aren't probably gonna be that great.

Calling Cesaro is the one standing tall on top of the ladder tonight.

  12. I'm hoping it's Bray.

The Finn/Joe feud was pretty weak. Joe's turning on him was super choreographed and the motivation not too convincing. Then Finn beats him a bunch of times but Joe continues getting title shots for some reason.

  17. A cool way to do it would be to have some kind of tag match with the IC guys. It's going well, everyone is hot, lights go out for a minute or two, all 6 men are out cold, with a ladder in the ring and Bray sitting on top of it with his Family standing in front. At least in my opinion, i'd be all about that.

    Trusted Prestigious

Paying for it and getting fresh faces only takes so far. At some point there has to be compelling storylines, well booked matches, announcers that forward storylines and shows that don't revolve around six wrestlers at a time. If you have faith that WWE can do that for an extended period of time, then you have more optimism about the company than I do. Once they show that best thing that comes of this many PPV's is Mauro getting more time calling important matches, the rest will just be tiresome and arduous to watch.

I'd be okay with the "two PPVs a month" thing if its the lesser PPVs. Like, keep Royal Rumble, WM, MITB, Summerslam, Survivor Series and maybe one more as cross brand PPVs, and then in between each major cross band PPV you have either a PPV or network event for each brand. So you get still have 12 RAW events a year or 12 smackdown events, but only 18 total events

I think we all know how Bray is going to return. On Sunday, someone is going to be climbing the ladder with the chance to get the briefcase. The lights go out. Bray appears at the bottom of the ladder. Tips over the ladder. Looks down on his fallen prey and shouts, "Anyone but you (insert name of new feud here)!"

that wouldn't make sense because he would never have been announced for the match, i say he comes back on the go home Raw and destroys every one with Rowan and Strowman.

Is he still going to be face-ish? I was really curious where that was going to go

    man, I'm pretty Prestigious

If bray isn't in the mitb match but is able to go then they fucked up. If he comes back on TV before the ppv and STILL isn't in the match then they really fucked up.

2 PPVs makes me pretty mad. It's going to be so annoying.

  24. Wouldn't that be how they announce him into the match? It's make perfect sense if he does this and then they put out something saying he's been added to the match.
