This is terribly booked. This match should have been much sooner.

 

Tag match was pretty alright. I liked the finish more than I should have. The Decay should always have wonky disfunctional finishes.

They literally only used it to promote the women's match. It's awesome regardless, but it felt weird.

 

TNA is trying to sign Matt, Jeff, Lashley, and Galloway to exclusive contracts. Gonna need to drop HUGE cash for that to happen. Surprised EC3 isn't on that list.

 

Just found out Galloway and I share a birthday. Fun

 

Meltzer saying that starting in September, there will be 2 PPVs a month, one for Raw and one for SD.

I wonder how Battleground (July 24) is going to work. Debating on getting SD tickets 2 days after. The unknown is intriguing me.

As long as one of the PPV's isn't the same night as an ROH PPV, we cool.

 

Does that mean a lot of Nxt opening the shows? That could work. I would love the way wcw ppvs formatted their matches, if they do it similar it would be a nice way to show off younger less-over talent.

 

a ppv every other week is overkill. we're going to go through the same stuff we went through in the past.

 

Ew. So now every other week there will be 4 straight days of wrestling (counting NXT)...

They can barely write enough filler for 5hrs now, how are they gonna handle 8hrs?

Hopefully its used to settle final draft disputes. And the main event will probably be deciding the Smackdown champ.

That said, doing this before Summerslam is gonna make that an odd ass event.

 

The main difference being, we aren't paying for it twice anymore and we are seeing fresh faces on the shows. I thought the Roadblock/WM and Payback/Extreme Rules were two close together, but we saw some of the same matches on those cards. If these shows are looking completely different, I'm not going to complain.

I'm watching a major wrestling PPV three weeks in a row this month. It isn't that bad. Are you guys that busy on Sunday nights?

 

Adam Cole is out with pneumonia, which sucks majorly. Hopefully it doesn't detract from the build to him going over Lethal next month.

 

With all the potential talent that could be on the two shows within the next 6 months or so could be pretty surreal.

Rumors of Roddy and Moose coming, Tommy End supposedly already signing, you know ZSJ is on their radar, not to mention guys like Adam Cole, Ricochet, and Will Ospereay who you know will be there one day.

 

Come football season the 2 ppv's are going to suck especially if my team is playing, but watching some newer faces get higher caliber matches will be fun.

Didn't even think about that. I don't have a problem watching the network on my TV and the game on my laptop though.

 

During football season and game of thrones, absolutely. NFL season especially, since we saw the quality of RAW show we get when they compete with major sporting events (Raw 2 weeks ago was trash up against the NBA, etc).

I appreciate that we'll get to see all the NXT guys up on the main roster. But seeing how Corbin and Crews have been used, cant say I expect anything out of anyone but Nakamura
