And Seth finally talked about the curb stomp.

They were putting together footage to send to the Today show post-mania win for Seth. A lot of the footage was of Seth doing the stomp. Aside from it having a violent name and connotation. Vince thought the move was easily imitable by young children. He didn't want as his top guy, that to be the lasting image. Seth fought the decision to get rid of it. It was not because of concussions or it being dangerous. Vince had visions of Shane doing the move to Stephanie easily when they were children.

He feels fortunate to be able to use the Pedigree as him and HHH are the only guys to use it. He brought the idea to Vince after texting HHH about it to no avail and Vince said He loves it.

 

People who set up social media accounts for their babies/dogs/cats/etc are so weird to me.

 

Also, finishers should incorporate what is best about that particular wrestler. Reigns should have a power finisher. Rollins should have something athletic, not the damn pedigree.

 

I think for Rollins it should be the Phoenix Splash.

The Pedigree definitely isn't the best thing to use after getting major knee surgery.

 

You can understand why Jeff Hardy was so distracted when Maxel came at him. A baby that's already gone over clean is probably even scarier than Matt Hardy.

Reigns needs to use that Razor's Edge/Powerbomb thing he did to AJ. That shit was incredible looking.

 

Matt Hardy's baby has more clean PPV wins than Bray Wyatt has in his career.

When I found it on Uproxx they were saying how they hoped Owens would call him out for stealing his gimmick. lol

 

The Resurrection of Jake the Snake is hands down the best wrestling documentary ever made. Its on Netflix, go watch it if you haven't. Give DDP the Hall of Fame induction, the Warrior Award, hell give him the WWE title. The man is a savior.

 

I think the Pheonix Splash should only be used on special occasions, it's too dangerous for Seth to do all the time.

So, AJ goes over Cena at MITB (probably due to interference). And then he loses at Battleground. And Balor debuts at Summerslam?

edit: either way, seems logical that the 3rd match of their feud, at Summerslam, will probably be for the Smackdown title. And I wouldnt be surprised if AJ won it

 

My mom just said "I thought you told me Ryback wasn't going to show up in WWE again why is he the focus of this video game commercial?" I died

 

Potential five star, I'm calling it now.

 

Only thing I'm worried about is how healthy John is, if he's 100% it should be a MOTY candidate, same as John's first match with KO last year.

It's pretty clear MitB has become one of the big 4 shows now, definitely has more weight than Survior Series.

 

I apologize if I've missed it, but what are your moms thoughts on Matt Hardy's current gimmick? I'd love to see a reaction video if possible.
