Okay, now I'm confused because Kevin Owens was definitely not an example I was thinking of there

 

Yeah, its tough. The biggest issue here is having two girls with horrible mic skills. I think Nat is more suited for mixed matches. The girl clearly has the wrestling chops, but barely gets to show them against some of these girls who don't have the type of experience she does. I think she could definitely showcase with someone like Kalisto or Jericho. BUT, this is the WWE and we will never see it.

Or if they had booked her as this silent, serious threat. Something Asuka-esque. I get that it's hard with her new star turn on Total Divas, but play to your strengths. She's a bad ass in-ring competitor so really play that up. Not just the submission stuff. Make her the female wrestling machine.

in terms of tv time, Natalya isn't THAT far removed from her farting gimmick. there's not a whole lot to be done

gotta love RAW: DVR EDITION. New Day segment was great, I lovvvvvvvve that we're actually seeing a NEW match for the first time in what seems like ages, and I don't really have an issue with how the contract signing went. i thought it was fine.

 

I might have some of the Carolina bias, but I think Charlotte's grown on the mic a lot, and I thought she did really well tonight. Either way, crazy Ric will never fail to make me laugh

 

SCOTT LOOKS GREAT!!! this makes me so happy. the content of this shoot doesn't matter, I just wanted to show off how good hall looks.

Although at 22:00 he talks about the 123 kid angle and holy shit, he mentions how the whole angle was developed a year in advance. holy shit!

 

I'm admittedly very bias, but I think she has improved a lot too. It's not even the content of her promos, it's her delivery which can be a awkward or a little stiff at times. Some of her little interactions with Ric are fucking hilarious, though.

 

I doubt she gets much say in the content of her promos.

 

Just finished Raw. Thought it was pretty solid overall.

Owens reacting to the crowd chanting "you can't wrestle" at Miz by saying "Do you hear what they're saying to you, Sami?" may be his best line of all time.

I have no idea why Primo and Epico are still a thing and I'm sure this will be terrible, but I'm hoping they make it work just because Total Elimination is the best tag finisher of all time.

Loved that they closed the show with the Women's Title even if I'm not crazy about this feud.

it was about steph, it's always about steph. she is queen. and the whole point of that was to bolster her face bona fides.

I'm going through season 1 of LU trying to catch up, but I'm using this guide that was posted on Reddit that listed all of the major episodes from that season to watch. My question: is Catrina the most powerful person on the show (at least presented so far)? Before I started, I was always under the impression Mil Muertes was this unstoppable monster, but Fenix is able to defeat him in a casket match with Catrina on his side, not Mil's. I have three episodes left (the go home and 2 eps of Ultima Lucha), and I know she's back with Mil and resurrects him to face Puma. So is she the most powerful person on the show, at least in S1?

 

It honestly has yet to be seen. She certainly has some type of control over the outcome of a lot of things. I think once we see what is happening with the seven Aztec tribes, more will come to light. This show is doing a really great job of moving things along, while setting up for the long run.

I have my theories about her, but we can talk about it when you are caught up.

 

on the RAW:DVR plan, KO speaking french to Maryse early on was great. And "He's the worst one"
