I think WWE is going to give this Club thing a shot and when people start to dismiss it, they'll move away from factions again for a while.

They are going to have to put a belt on one of the Club guys if they want people to give a shit. Don't relegate them to Wyatt family status.

I can't believe they are pushing No Way Jose as hard as they are. The social media blitz this weekend looked a little ridiculous. Can't wait to see him fail to get over on the main roster.

 

I don't see the harm in that. To quote the commentators, it just looks like they're having a lot of fun because I'm not sure anyone really thinks NWJ is going to be a star on the main roster.

I personally love NWJ. Dude's a fun guy, and based on his most recent match on NXT, he's going to have a bit more of an edge. Also he changed that punch finisher thankfully. I might also be a bit biased because I'm also Dominican and he's the first ever Dominican in WWE. That and also he's incredibly fun to watch live

 

To me, he just comes off as another Fandango. A dancing wrestler. Not much else going on there.

 

his problem (at least from the NXT match I saw) is that he's at half speed of what he needs to be to pull off that gimmick. The dancing into arm drags is hilarious, but, the transitions take 2s. Whereas you see LU stuff, and they are going lightning quick through similar transitions.

If he can tighten that up though, he'd make for a hilarious undercard feud with Golddust

 

Remember when they tried to make fandango mean? That lasted like 2 weeks.

 

He's more Santino than Fandango to me. Fandango was meant to be taken seriously for whatever reason, NWJ doesn't give off that impression at all.
