no. heels are (generally) morally bankrupt, which can certainly include deceit, but that does not require being dishonest 100% of the time or never having a legitimate point. often it can be a kernel of truth within a larger embellishment. punk was more of a truth teller as a heel than he ever was as a face. who would you trust to more honestly portray your feelings as you watch a match, byron saxton or corey graves? heels are usually the only ones who can get away with saying something that otherwise couldn't be said.

What you're describing is somebody like Foley or Jesse Ventura. Very very few guys were good at that kind of stuff, which is why it's not the norm.
