Where Roman wins 2-1 to tie it up, 3-3. Then bring us to winner take all at the next PPV where you have AJ Styles as your new WWE champion, only for Gallows and Anderson to turn on him and align with a debuting Finn Balor. Boom.

 

The match was quite good, the booking/writing was dumb

 

Really entertaining. Even though I knew Roman wouldn't lose it this soon, I thought AJ may have had it twice haha.

 

The way they teased that end, we could still get a 2 our of 3 falls match. If Steph is gonna one up Shane on the booking, we are getting either a steel cage match, or we're getting 2 out of 3 falls where each fall is a different gimmick

 

THREE STAGES OF HELL! When was the last time we got a Three Stages of Hell match?

 

Yep, 3 stages of hell it is. I'm betting Extreme Rules, Table, then Steel Cage

Looks like Ryback/Cena was the last one

 

they announced the rematch immediately so you wouldn't be as pissed about roman winning, dont have a problem with that. the ending of the match shouldn't have been so decisive though.

 

The pic of Shane/Steph on the website right now pretty much says it all about most decisions the company has made over the last 12 months (or more).

Hopefully no long term ill-effects. If all goes well he can take tomorrow off, redo the finals on the 9th and still have the winner take on the new day at ER.

 

bleh. I was somewhat excited for the show, but, soooo much 'wtf' all night.

- Zayn loses clean and attacks Owens again later on...now he really is looking like an obessive guy who cant leave owens alone. he lost CLEAN! get over it dude
- Miz is still champ
- Natty vs charlotte... finger of shame at that awful no-sell job of Nattie in the figure four. Dumb nonsense ending. In other era's id be okay with it because they'd come up with a decent explanation on raw...but that's not happening so, boooo.
- Jericho/Ambrose.... Meh. This isn't good for Ambrose. Back to back ppv matches that were very 'meh'.
- Shane/Steph segment... too long.... with a boring ending. I like McMahon angle's too, but that's a shitty answer.
- Main event...fun, but my excitement bubble is shattered as they ended up picking the most boring outcome out of all the gallows/anderson endings. It didn't need McMahons either.

it was a fun ppv, but still highly disappointing. Obviously Enzo being hurt isn't WWE's fault but fuck man

 

This is a nonsensical complaint. He was also the subject of a post-match assault from KO, paying him back (hehehe) in turn after he recovered.

 

Ehh post-match assualt was kinda weak then. Not to mention following Zayn's cowardly attack on Owens, he ends up KOBOMBED again! We learned a lot of things tonight, one of them being that Owens is MUCH better Zayn.

 

Don't know what to tell you except that's how an underdog should be booked, this feud is going to be a long going one, not going to have a proper culmination until next WM at the earliest.
