I wonder if they'll have totally new names. What else is there to do with these guys?

There's no denying how good the Vaudevillians are in the ring, they are just mever going to get over.

Enzo/Cass vs the Vaudevillians for the chance to lose to the New Day. Cool

They're getting booked well. Usually acts like this (i.e. Tyler Breeze) get booked like shit. The Vaudevillains are getting a legit shot to get over.

Yep. Be curious to see if they go over Enzo/Cass. It'd actually make the most sense, since they are the best target for the New Day (oh the promos), and because them losing hurts far more.
I mean, maybe the Ascension are gone, and they need a new jobber heel tag team? I really have no idea. Unless they have a contractual obligation for screen time, it makes no sense.

Lots more interesting teams in NXT to push instead.

  8. Is something crazy suppose to happen in this last match? Not sure what all the hype for this show was about.

The hype from when it filmed was overblown, but based on what I read, it sounded better on paper than in execution.

Guessing all of the excitement was related to Bullet Club stuff, which was weirdly done.

That and E&C going over Dudleyz. I honestly didn't expect them to. Let alone have their match against the VV be at a PPV.

anyone got a good reason why Sasha isnt fighting for the title at Payback?

She was the only one to beat Charlotte clean in the build to WM (Natalya loses at Roadblock and on RAW after). She gets clearly screwed at WM. Aside from "we want Sasha to win at a bigger PPV", is there any real reason?

Cause it feels hilarious for Shane to mention her atop the show, then watch he basically not get a match at Payback

Barely paid attention to Raw, but wondering if maybe they could be setting up a swerve that ends up with Bullet Club doing the bidding for Finn the whole time or something and not AJ like they're hinting at

    Guys...so I just realized something...
This year the TNA brand will have outlasted the WCW brand...
The brand WCW (World Championship Wrestling) started in November 1988 and lasted until March 2001
The brand TNA (Total Nonstop Action) started in May 2002 and continues on as we speak
    Weird.

Weird I fully expected E&C to go over the Dudleyz, they've done nothing but put over guys since returning.

Only thing that makes sense, AJ is way too obvious, if that were the story they wanted to tell commentary wouldn't have been so openly accusing AJ of collaborating with BC.

I just go back to their time in NXT and how they never won any feud they were in since I started watching. They never won the belts, nor did they need to. They were already mega over without them. I just didn't expect them to be inserted into the title picture so quickly and though they would feud a little more with the Dudleyz.

Also, were Enzo and Big Cass ever at one point heels? Just the general idea of their tag team (shit talking little guy who uses much bigger guy to physically impose) seems like more of a heel idea to me. I know before I started watching Big Cass' character had a lot more confidence issues (being nervous on the mic, afraid to speak, stuttering), but that isn't utilized at all anymore; just seems more intimidating.

A very solid okay raw. Honestly, it's the best we're ever going to get. The days of hoping for something CRAZY happening to end a show are long...long gone. Solid storyline advancements here and there, fun matches throughout, and a good enough pacing. I like the new backstage guy btw.

-PUMPPPPPPPPPPPPED they're doing my Bret/Natty/Charlotte/Flair idea. That was so obvious I'm glad Bret's in on it. The WWE still isn't smart or creative enough to do 2 solid women storylines at the same time unfortunately. I'm still very much into the idea of letting Sasha hang out with the New Day until Summerslam, and I've been saying Becky and Paige should have a 2/3 month blood feud....but sigh, we're still at 1 feud at a time unfortunately.

-Vaudevillains vs Enzo/Cass for #1 contender? GREAT! WAYYY too early to judge where the Vaudevillains can go. I LOVE the gimmick so much, so I'll support it until it dies. I'm expecting them to win next Monday.

    - REALLY REALLY love the angle with AJ Styles/gallows/anderson. Like, I'm really really into it. Pretending that Reigns isn't the champ or that Reigns is great really helps the situation.

    - Owens/Zayn, Amrbose/Jericho....great.

Honestly, I can't really complain about anything. Letting Corbin and Crews beat up the card for a while is perfectly fine with me. Can we give Cesaro a manager pleaseeeee and give him a month feud with Reigns. That's all i want. I'm not greedy.

Oh and please lets get rid of the US title.

I think to reinstate it as a quasi-TV title again would be good, but I don't see Kalisto reigning very long as TV-type of champion.

Enzo debuted as a heel. This was before he even had Cass. He was too funny/good so he ended up a face.
