I thought the WM build was bad....the build to this Payback match is so much worse

This is like the John Cena-Daniel Bryan promos from 2013 except instead of being really entertaining, they're really bad

Actually I'm not even sure where this AJ story is going, too telegraphed for him to turn heel unless the swerve is they are part of the Roman Empire, or Finns crew trying to make AJ look bad.

Backstage segment was ok, yea.

But both of these guys should be out there wrestling (not each other of course) instead of being forced to cut promos which is both of their biggest weaknesses.

 

I don't get the whole "the intensity building for this match is insane" narrative they're rolling with when they have backstage segments like that

 

Just be happy there is some actual storytelling going on here

 

8-woman tag match....clearly some things arent changing during Shane's fake time in charge
