The first 4/5ths were fine. Bunch of fun comedy segments, bunch of cool moments.

But then they decided to put the really big names all at the end and then have the final surprise be roman fucking reigns.

Which is a hilarious thing to say about a Rumble that didn't include anyone making 7 figures off this match.

 

absolutely awful. no real surprises other than dillinger, no great spots, a bunch of old dudes at the end, capped off by orton winning a rumble he didn't need. unbelievable that they can't manage to do any better than that.

the undercard was great too. shame.

 

Making lesnar job to Goldberg again is pretty baffling

As soon as reigns came in I said it almost didn't matter who won the Rumble because no matter what reigns still gets booked strong. Fuck that shit. I'm so fucking pissed at this reigns shit. Single handedly ruining the product

 

I really thought the final four or so would be edge of your seat material, but everything really started to fizzle out when Brock was eliminated

 

Joe needs his call up already. What more can they do with him in NXT?

I'm happy for Tye. That's my main thought coming out of the Rumble.

Actually, that is oddly the saving grace. That presumably locks in that WM match and doesnt hurt a current guy in the process.

But by god, they took Corbins momentum and threw that to shit. The took anyone who entered before #20 and said "fuck it".

If they want Goldberg to look so strong by destroying Lesnar twice why wasn't he in the final 2 at least?

In kayfabe, if I just started watching 6 months ago, how the hell do I believe that Brock can stay in the ring with Goldberg for more than 2 minutes?

Why? Why wouldnt it be Roman/Braun? Unless they decide to bury Braun in that feud at Fastlane and really solidify Romans hatred forever
