My friends and I usually get together for DoN and All Out since they're holiday weekends, it makes it 10 times better.

It was weird, I was at the show he got hurt and he was working his knee the whole time...but then all the reports were he was in a walking boot, so, might have just been an ankle/foot thing

 

I used to have a few friends that I ran with that were into it or would at least want to watch the bigger PLEs. They gave up on it and I can’t get them interested in AEW.

 

The Reno area can be so weird, redneck shit everywhere but they scoff at pro wrestling lol

 

I'm VERY interested to see Takeshita vs DCF and see where he finds allies

I went to a show last night and saw a guy I knew (he used to be a drummer for a band I liked), I knew he liked wrestling so I asked him if he is watching DON and he said he only watches WWE lol. I then told him to ask his friend next ro him who is the singer for the band on his shirt (it was God's hate) and then that guy started telling him why he should watch it.

The night before (it was a 2 night thing) a bassist for one of the bands had an AEW cap so I asked if he is watching and his eyes lit up and he said he can't wait for Takeshita and Okada. I told him I was at the first match and he said he was there too.

 

Actually yeah, that would be hilarious lol.

 

Apparently Dave and Busters does AEW events, we have one here now, maybe I should try it out. Ugh, but then I gotta go to Dave and Buster's haha

 

I get the “I only watch WWE” thing a lot, which is such a shame right now. AEW is what a promotion should be.

 

Is that in Reno? My friend is there close, he said he might go watch the show there later. He is in town for his kids hockey tournament and got a hotel close to D&B

I know a lot of wrestlers retired top rope moves because the landings fucked up their knees or spines so I'm hoping Athena doesn't mess up her back doing that finiaher for years now

 

yeah it’s the far south part of town, opened up last year, I still haven’t been. A lot of hotels over there, and the hockey arena is there too
