Darby's gonna face Pac on Collision and Okada on Dynamite. Absolutely wild run

 

I love that every couple months they remember RUSH is on the roster, have him do squash matches, drop his line, then fucks off to catering for a few more months

 

I may have been so-so on Darby being champ but god damn I can't deny that he's doing one hell of a job defending it. I expect him to go batshit crazy every match he has, that's what he does......but since he's become champ he's definitely gone above and beyond.

 

I agree, Darby has been better than I expected as well.

alright this may be dumb and to preface, i know nothing about how hair plugs work... but is there any world where a year of continuous comments about his awful hairline have gotten to MJF the human man, and he is gonna lose his hair and fly back to Turkey and let CM Punk's guy give it a stab or something? dude is only 30 and has to look in the mirror for the rest of his life.

again, no idea if possible and unsure of how to square him being away from tv after. but if the last year of AEW has taught me anything its that these "seems like a given" stips rarely are anymore

 

another hair stip so close to yuta's is kind of dumb but not as dumb as the notion of "oh no someone cut my beautiful lush hair off/really short so now i'm UGLY until it GROWS BACK in a few months" is to someone whose hair will not be doing that...

 

mjf should just accept his receding hairline and shave it off. that's what i did.

 

And thanks to the evil that is eBay, I have finally completed my Jaswares Orange Cassidy collection (for now) after finally finding the last figure I needed.

 

at this point i can accept mjf beating darby at DON since darby is just killing himself in every title defense up to this point.

these 3 hour dynamite/collisions are usually kinda mid IMO but last night was pretty good

 

harley cameron was out there wrestling like she's got an NXT tryout coming up, she looked maybe the best she's ever looked last night

i tapped out after the darby match, i'm too sleepy for a 3 hour weeknight show

 

yeah if i was on EST i wouldn't stay up for collision either lol

one of the few west coast perks is early things on TV

 

i didnt tap out right at 10 but p much right after the Darby stuff w Okada. i didnt really clock that DoN started at 8... def gonna wrap up closer to 1 am than not. fingers crossed for a shuttle

 

More Saturday PPV’s please I am too old for 8 pm starts on sundays for these shows.

 

saturday ppvs are so good, even as a west coaster the sunday ppvs are brutal sometimes

luckily this is memorial day so imma take a 100mg gummy and watch takeshita finally win

She's gotten way more fluid in the ring; though I think it helps that its Shida/Stat, both of whom she's mostly selling for. Good to see her taking some indie bookings too. Im kinda surprised she's not a regular on ROH
