I like Kaz but yeah, they spent so long building Santana, giving the title in the biggest event of the year just to loae out of nowhere with no story whatsoever.

oh man!! There's an alternate universe where Zach Ryder is the last opponent and he gets his ultimate win.

unforunately no one remembers the wwe 2008-2013 or anything that happened in that time frame. the wwe isnt clever enough to retell the Ryder/Cena story....and Zach ryder hasn't been on tv for a decade.

Do i think that would actually be a great final opponent? Yes. Would anyone care other than me? Probably not.

 

not truly impressed with who's involved here. It's really going to be just some current talent? I think that ship has sailed. Him facing the current crop doesn't interest me for the final match.

are we really not doing Cena vs Roman once? that's a shocker.

 

Eh I don’t remember anything about the previous 2 Cena Roman feuds so I’m good with not getting a third forgettable match. Just one of those things that didn’t work out like Austin/Taker

Its just that you have this legend in cena who has interacted with essentially every other current legend on roster. Except roman. Feels odd

 

My understanding is Roman hasn’t been around at all? To be honest I don’t even remember what he was doing the last time he was back. I think feuding with Seth? Speaking of, did Cena even do anything with Seth on this farewell tour?

 

I also have barely if at all have been watching since summerslam so. I just watched because of Zach Ryder (who got essentially squashed and no pop lol)

 

Actually I’m right there with you. That’s when I stopped watching too. I still try to watch NXT but it’s usually a couple days late and I make it maybe half way through before getting distracted and turning it off.
