I think what adds to the craziness is that that happened after his first run with the title that didn’t go over well and yet they brought him back into the title picture as if the second time would go better but fans wanted nothing to do with him (again/still)

 

Swagger & Dutch got over with that Tea Party gimmick for mostly the wrong reasons.
