You should include Darby/Mox in this, that's definitely something going to happen at that show and it'll bring in all the sickos.

 

I think tickets go on sale Friday for the Chicago PPV in December, planning on buying them immediately.

 

shame there's so many tag teams. fletcher/kevin knight or fletcher/bandido would be another matchup that would differentiate from the wwe ('s ppv).

okada v takeshita
brodido v hurt syndicate
cope and cage v ftr

that would be the start for sure. not sure how or what will be the approach with the womens division with the triangle of madness story going on. now that toni was brought into the fold on collision this past week im not really sure what they'll do there

something like

thekla/hart/blue/bayne/ford v toni/willow/aminata/hayter/mina could work but if they're gonna do something nasty with the mox v darby match it would feel wasteful to have their huge plunder match at all out. so realistically could see

thekla v hayter
toni v athena 2 maybe


no idea what mercedes does

still need to get the opps, jetspeed, hook, garcia, hologram, ricochet, maybe OC on the card

 

Darby/Mox is 100% happening in some form. MJF/Briscoe as well in something bloody. Also seemed like they were setting up Bucks v Golden Lovers. Mercedes v Windsor seems like something they are continuing. And I'd honestly bet they do Toni/Athena again in some form.

Could honestly see some of the titles not being defended since they've set up other stuff. Putting Ricochet/GOA over the Hurt Syndicate might set him up for a Wrestledream title shot.

I'd have bet money on a Hangman/Takeshita match with how much Don Callis has been targeting Hangman, but cant see them wanting to have Take lose a couple of weeks before he goes for the NJPW belt.

More I think about this, this is also where they either run a 4-way match to combo stories (though, Mercedes just had a 4-way match at FD), or they run out one of the gimmick matches (Casino Battle Royal, Casino Ladder Match) to get Toni a #1 contender. A ladder match with Windsor, Thekla, Aminata, Hayter, Mina, Athena, Willow, Stat, etc could be sick.

 

I don’t think @JoshIsMediocre’s back could hold up to that

Normalize 12PM PPVs! Pretty stoked that they moved the time to earlier.

 

Yeah, $25 vs $30 would have been a super easy choice to go with Max, but when its 3 PPVs for the price of 2 via my Dutch heritage...

Though if Im ever traveling again, it is nice to be able to just use Max at the added cost.

 

20$ ppv's is the perfect way for aew to compete with wwe right now.
