I suspect MJF is the type to succeed because hes such a mark for himself that he had no hesitation doing anything (see also: Rock). Whereas Seth/Becky type wrestlers, they kind of play one character and dont really have to do a ton of deep work. So it probably comes across as line reading while everyone else is improv-ing.

Even Mercedes in The Mandalorian was clearly not as natural as everyone else in the scene
