Upon closer inspection of the wound and rewatching the fork video I guess that could be the cause but I still feel like the fork didn’t cause such a wide split to need stitches

 

I think the fork started it, and then they did a half dozen other headshot spots throughout the match that probably further opened it. It was spurting blood on the one fork poke...so, probably reasonably deep
