Alright fam, doing my usual check-in before a big PPV because I still don't watch shit and only follow along through Bryan Alvarez podcasts.

How hype is everyone for All-In? Builds been good?

The Young Bucks having their EVP title on the line sounds dumb on paper, the match will obvi be a banger though.

Whats the overall opinion on The Hurt Syndicate? I kinda feel like people want them to drop the belts? Are they super over still?

I'm really worried Okada/Kenny has such a high bar that is nearly impossible for them to surpass, hopefully they make me look dumb for questioning them though.


Main Event is going to be insane for sure tho.

Mercedes is most definitely gonna win the main title I would guess.

 

Builds been very good. All matches except the tag titles have had pretty solid builds and even the tag titles have more intrigue with the patriarchy being added. Top 4 matches have all had exceptional builds and this is easy the most hyped I’ve been for a AEW show in the past year. Hurt Syndicate are very over but are killing the tag division. I think we see them drop the titles without taking a pin. I think Toni goes over and we see the downfall of the Death Riders/EVP storyline with Mox, Bucks and death riders all losing their matches. This has the ability to be an all time babyface show especially if you have someone like Willow or Briscoe win one of the gauntlets.

 

That being said the best part of I really have no idea who is going to win those top 4 matches or either of the gauntlets. They’ve done a great job of making you think anything can happen. The only somewhat predictable finish on the card is Fletcher going over Cole.

 

Cole is/has been so stagnant

What the fuck is this movie

 

It’s honestly wild. Dude is so so likable but has done practically nothing that mirrors his NxT black and gold run. That was a truly magical run for Adam Cole. Outside of the MJF devil storyline, which was totally destroyed by infuriating injuries, he’s been about as cold as I can remember with the crowd.

 

Roddy is still so good god damn.
