Or it’s all a work. Regardless, it was dumb to let him go if true.

Everyone is talking about who got worked but people are just dumb... Everything happens so fast in this business, entire episodes were written minutes before they went on air.

 

Yeah I mean I love a good dunk on the sheets but so many of these things are done last last minute. I’ve known of things that were hard absolutely not happening that then happened at the very last minute. Punk is the prime example, but there’s others.

 

Hope truth got paid a bunch more once TKO realized they had undervalued him. Dumb of them to let him go in the first place. But at least they are far quicker to realize their mistake and bring him back than Vince would've

 

Who's gonna get fired now tho, I'm sure TKO is still looking to make cuts and especially now that he's got a deal more than they were looking to give him they need to recoup somewhere....

I get that wrestling is fake but I hate how much Triple H doesn't care to even uplift an idea of kayfabe because it gets in the way of the image he's created for himself of the master showman.

 

Do you think they fake fired Truth like in "the office" when Michael fake fires Stanley?

 

I turned it off after the men’s MITB because I got bored, but holy shit Truth ! Seems like the comedy stuff is over ?

 

Also I still think it’s fucked that LA Knight keeps getting railed.

As much as I’d like to see her back, I think she’ll shine wherever she chooses to go.

just so annoying though, they could have had her turn on Iyo eventually since she has a history with turning on her friends. Could have had a nice program going there

 

Seems to be enough reporting at this point that it was Nick Khan who went and got him back. Which isnt something anyone would float if it was a work. Just some classic WWE backstage exec knifing.

Its a shame, because them actually working everyone for that ending would have been sick. The reality is much sadder. Friendly reminder to myself to never give WWE the benefit of the doubt.

MitB was the first WWE PLE in idk how long where I felt zero urge to actually watch it. Just looked at the results and the spoiler and went about my day, kinda freeing really.

(I’ll probably watch Summer Slam like the sucker that I am)
