surprised at how many are calling Ospreay. i don't see All In being anything other than Mox vs. Hanger in a Texas deathmatch. Hangman loses it to Ospreay in London.

 

I don’t see the title switching hands twice in that short amount of time. It could go either way, but I don’t see the winner only holding the belt for a month plus Forbidden Door is already selling super well. No need to hotshot Osperay if Hangman is your plan.

 

every once in a while every company needs to hot potato a bit, and Mox's run has been an unequivocal failure, feels like it could be the time. Hangman being able to win the title but struggle to keep it would be an okay longterm character thing imo

 

main event is legit a toss up, my gut says Ospreay but IDK

I haven't watched much this season, but this one should be good

 

AEW in particular should be learning from what WWE did with Roman in that 2021-2024 period (where they failed to capitalize with Sami, absolutely stalled out dudes like Drew, LA Knight, KO, etc...and made it impossible for dudes like Randy/AJ to come back into meaningfully big spots) and remember that the Attitude Era had title changes all the time.

Swerve needed a longer title run to cement himself as a top star. Ospreay, Hangman, Okada, Omega, etc all ARE those dudes. They can drop the belt in a day and be fine if the story they tell is good.
