Yep, Tribal Warfare was no interference and then...though I do love that they've finally codified "Bloodline Rules" to just be every Roman match ever. His Universal Title is basically the FTW title...every match is secretly anything goes.

 

I was sure when he went back that he'd eventually melt down; figured within the year because he did it twice in AEW. After he was quiet from SS->RR, I thought maybe he'd make it through Wrestlemania mostly quiet....but getting hurt instantly AND doing this is just hilarious

 

Dasha also released

 

clown on him all we want but his comments on VKM have been the strongest ones yet from anyone associated with WWE and he actually re-focuses the victims instead of focusing on what his relationship is with the guy

 

I also feel like the stipulation for the tag match also gives away the ending because there’s no way in hell that a Roman match isn’t going to be full of interference. And then factor in all the crazy overbooking bullshit Cody has in his head… this might be the greatest thing of all time

Also, for all the people that think it’s gonna be some Cody-vengers taking out the bloodline… let’s say that actually happens, how disappointed are they going to be when one of the Codyvengers is Hogan?

I think its just gonna be the obvious people. Seth and Jey are the obvious ones, could see KO/Sami involving themselves if they wanted, and whatever they do with The Rock

 

Austin making an appearance in that match to face off with Rock for a second seems incredibly likely imo

 

Honestly, a few are surprising like José, Dasha, and Anthony Henry.

Henry being released is really the only one that sucks. Dude got injured in a freak accident and the Workhorsemen are a really solid team when given the chance. Hopefully it’s something where he is brought back when he’s healthy.

The others are not surprising and I have no problem with them getting released. There’s definitely a lot of bloat in the AEW/ROH roster and I’d prefer for TK to have more focus on a core roster instead of keeping people around to fill out the weekly ROH shows or job on Collision/Rampage.

 

This Becky Rhea feud/match has no juice.

 

I don’t know who half of those people released are. And why would you release the boys if not releasing Dalton? Honestly I don’t know anything about him but wasn’t that his thing?
