Also, why was that match an 8-man tag? Jericho/Sammy were #1 contenders, Darby/Sting make the save and want in the match. Boom, triple threat tag match for the titles. Could have worked Takeshita/Hobbes in if they really wanted

Actually, there's literally no tag team on this entire card. The only people on this card who have ever been a viable tag team in a major promotion are currently choking each other 20yrs on from the last time they tagged

Feels like the tag matches always overdelivered at most PPVs, so that may explain it
