I find it incredibly dumb that Lyra will be in a tag match at mania instead of just having her defend her title. Also feel like Chelsea should be defending her title on the card too.

 

Yeah how do you not put Chelsea on the show

 

It's not enough time but i think Orton vs Aldis would rule....but there's not enough time to teach the wwe universe about who Aldis is and why we should care.

 

I agree with a buddy of mine. Mania feels like a solid Summerslam.... but definitely lacks oompfh for Wrestlemania. Seeing that card. Eh. Lol

 

Mania card is highly underwhelming for sure, also only 4 confirmed women's matches is kind of embarrassing.

 

Yeah? Huh and here I'm thinking 4 matches (and one match that's non title) and doesn't even include any part timers (no Trish or Lita or bellas or a celebrity) and no bs battle royal.... I think that's impressive.

Other than Chelsea (and I guess nia) i think every woman that should be on the card is.

 

I just really feel like Lyra should have a title match that isn't tag team related. Chelsea should definitely have a match. Bringing Bliss back at the Rumble to a huge pop but doing nothing after is insane to me.

 

New Day in a heatless tag match and Chelsea not being on the WM are just huge drops by the booking. Like imagine FTR not having a match at DoN, cutting like 1 promo over the next two months, and then just randomly facing Private Party at All In.

And surely there is someone who can take the L and give Chelsea a nice 5 min comedy match.

 

I hate to say it with Chelsea, honestly, the only way she would be on the card is if she was involved in a celebrity altercation or something. There's just not really enough women that are over enough for wrestlemania. I can't think of anyone else that would make sense for wrestlemania. They shoehorned Lyra/Bayley because they probably wanted to get Bayley on the card somehow.

Honestly, i know they just did this on raw but BIanca should be the referee for Jade vs Naomi (she can even pull double duty and get Bianca over as a heel which is the plan anyways (i think))

 

I mean, with how the Chelsea/Zelina match ended tonight, they could easily run that back at Mania and give Zelina a bit of a push and give Chelsea her match at Mania. I also feel like if they wanted Bayley at Mania they could've easily held off of Lyra vs Bayley. Throw Roxanne in the mix too.

 

Zelina gets no reaction…. You couldn’t get me to care about a Chelsea/Zelina match. The Smackdown side of things just isn’t good.

 

Mania still should be fun though, I don’t think it’s gonna be a complete clunker. With how good the build up was last year I’m not sure how you can come close to it tbh.

 

Chelsea should do an open challenge at mania. Her spot would be perfect for a return or debut or whatever. Nikki Bella, returning Paige, Asuka, Becky, some legend, Alexa bliss gimmick debut or some celebrity.

On the roster? No they haven't done a good job or getting anyone else over.

32 had potential imo

 

Probably just wishful thinking but New Day being on the card makes me think that was done because there will be something with Big E. Whether he costs them the match leading to something there or he joins them and he’s back on tv with them as heels idk and don’t care but if it’s just the match with nothing else then truly a lame addition to the card that wasn’t needed

 

32 should have been better. But it’s always these ones where everyone thinks it’s gonna be trash and it ends up delivering. I’m hoping it’s that.
