WWE posted the TLCII match on their Youtube, and Im still reminded that even the sketchiest hardcore match stuff today is 10x safer than that match. What Ospreay did in that cage, what Swerve/Hangman did, etc...all better practiced, better structured, all with refs moving stuff out of the way so people dont land on it.

These dudes sprint through the match, the landings are all so, so bad (especially Lita), the chair shots are all unprotected and sketch, and Jeff's like 3 degrees off on that landing from breaking everything on the spear (and the setup to it is such a botch with like 4 ladders in the way)

 

outside of a couple matches night one seems like a clunker

 

About half of each night I’m actually excited for.

 

I notice the big gap between EC and Mania means the "the build to Mania has been a bit lacklustre" post have increased.

I'm looking forward to it. I got a mate who's got back into wrestling last year for the first time in over 20 years, so it'll be good to be able to chat with him throughout. May be looking forward to that more than the actual show haha.

 

I really hope Fatu goes over and Solo stays the fuck away from him

 

Yeah, Night 1 has like, 2 good matches. War Raiders/New Day, Knight/Fatu, and Rey/Gable are all just matches that feature people that were red hot late last year and dramatically cooled off since. Tiffy/Charlotte should be good, but I can safely say I have little interest.

Kinda surprised they didnt put AJ/Logan or that IC Title match on Night 1 and move one of the clunkers to Night 2 to even it out better

 

There's probably only like three matches that interest me there. The no KO/Sami/Asuka and AJ having to wrestling Logan part sucks so fucking much.

 

might watch night 1 but TLOU on night 2 takes priority

 

Not to mention the KO injury really hurt things as well. KO/Randy would’ve delivered some cool moments I think

 

The fact McIntyre isn’t involved in the main event is such a travesty

 

I haven’t watched Smackdown in a loooong time. What’s the expectation with Randy? Are they gonna have Aldis wrestle him? lol
