I hope that after tonight we get some sort of a reset. Tons of big feuds are ending. Tons of moving parts in the main event can oead to many different outcomes (is Darby coming back?).

It's the perfect time to shuffle the deck and get some fresh programs.

Im legit curious what Toni and the womens division does. Mercedes is clearly focused elsewhere (I'd assume Billie then Athena). Not sure the heel who is ready to face her right away.

But it also feels like the major feuds ending are the springboards. Swerve is the #1 contender. Hangman completing his face turn, etc.

 

Talking to myself: "why are there gaps in the cage?"

The problem with the women's division in AEW is that if you are not involved in a title program then you are probably not doing anything. I am more concerned for Mariah than for who is Toni's next feud.

Edit: Add another woman to Bayne/Ford and have Toni battle a whole stable for Dynasty.

Was thinking Bayne might be the short-term answer, but more that nobody else is built at all. Whereas Mariah can easily face Willow/Stat/Jamie in the interim. But even Julia Hart returned and is kinda doing meh...
