Great crowd, great episode of Collision.

 

The Hologram launch stomp on Rush was one of the sickest lucha things Ive ever seen. He got CRAZY height.

 

My first immediate thought was, “that comment must be a joke/reference to when Ric was feuding with her years ago and was dating someone her same age and pretended she was pregnant with Ric’s kid” but that would have made that woman (can’t remember who that was for the life of me) Charlotte’s step-mom not grandma so idk what that comment is referencing (or if it’s referencing anything maybe that persons just a weirdo lol)

 

Random Saturday night thought:

Not big on the idea of Punk vs Roman vs Rollins. Feel like Punk is oddly shoehorned into that setting as he doesn’t really have any history with Reigns. Yeah he eliminated him at Rumble and teamed for War Games but idk it just seems like a weird route to go especially with how much history he has with Rollins and Rollins with Reigns. Granted they have time to make/add to the story for Punk and Roman but idk it just seems forced if that’s the route they go

 

I absolutely agree with this, if I’m being honest it’s just super lazy. Seth/Roman singles match would have been huge. I also don’t why they got away with the Drew hunting the bloodline down story, I really thought that potential faction of him, Seth and KO would have been fire.

DeJean was at the Flyers game a couple weeks ago and I honestly thought he was a college hockey player before they said anything.

 

The fall off of this gimmick from the huge hype of it's debut to now needs to be studied

 

The screen went static for a second during Alexa’s match on sd so they must have something planned for him soon

 

One of them is injured and they didn’t want them on TV when they’re not a complete unit. Besides, I don’t think they were really needed. And like @ghostedaway said, the screen static during Bliss’s match shows they’re very much still gonna be used.

I’m also kinda cool with them just randomly appearing for a quick feud then disappearing. They don’t need to be in title hunts or anything like that

was surprised with the crowd, since ticket sales were ROUGH heading into the last two weeks. floor and lower bowl looked sold out from what i saw and the show didn't disappoint. the only downside is location. that arena is a solid 45 minutes from downtown. they should consider returning to the university of houston downtown campus. or if they feel a bit daring, an outdoor dynamite/ppv at the shell energy stadium (mls arena).

I mean, its easy to forget, but its still a giant squad of jobbers. Alexa will help revitalize them for the WM run and a bit after, but, unless they are intent on pushing Bo as a midcard champ or something silly like that, they're always gonna be more hit or miss week to week and work out to be more like PLE Pre-show angles.

 

Yeah ^ bingo. I was hesitant on them from the beginning because of their lack of true star power. They needed to do some sort of "higher power" angle and you add like.... Braun strawman or alexa or some new monster they wanna push. Or what about Randy Orton since he was brays biggest nemesis

Bo Dallas, Nikki cross, and rowan aren't going to cut it.
