Malakai is definitely leaving which sucks so much. I absolutely loved everything he did in AEW. Everything with his character in WWE felt like it could be so much darker than it was. I think he nailed it in AEW. That said, I just hope the man ends up happy. I’ll miss his performances for sure. House of Black forever.

Probably good for him from a home life perspective, but man is it terrible timing. Stacked roster, he couldnt stay healthy to work singles in AEW, and he's not even the most interesting character coming into WWE from AEW this month (Penta).

But 1000% give me back his old theme.

 

For sure, everything HoB I've been a HUGE fan of. It really does suck he's leaving, they had a fucking good faction there and the potential for sooooo much more. Can it continue with him gone? Is it a House of Julia now? Will they sway someone else to the dark side?

Pretty sure most AEW deals are structured as 3yr outright, and the next 2 years are option years...and who picks up the option depends on their clout. Could be similar to Ricky where they extended his option (hoping he'd stay long-term) and he didnt...whereas with Tommy they know he's not, and there's simply nothing you can do with him for an option year otherwise (while with Ricky they were in the midst of that tag title run and he was a big part of Collision)

I know a lot of you watch WWE and I don’t judge you for it (I watch almost every UFC event so have no room to talk) but I really struggle to want to support a company that was created by that piece of shit.
