I can't help but think Keith Lee is just going to be one of those stories where the injuries piled up at the wrong time, and that's ballgame. It's a shame, but it happens.

The closest thing I can find from a quick Google was that Mia Yim was part of a WWE cut of 18 people in 2021, which included "4 or 5" people due to their vaccine status. (Nia Jax was one of them.)

And there were a few other announcer/manager/wrestler combos with that same issue. Mia was cut around the same time as Nia/Karrion Kross, who were both openly antivax.

Certainly the most visible example of where COVID just bowled a guy over. He went from being a really dynamic big dude to a guy who couldnt go 5mins in a match
