Honestly I’ve never just seen the appeal, I guess I’ve always found her boring.

 

her character got stale in wwe and i thought she had regressed in the ring. i'm interested enough in seeing what she can do with some freedom creatively though and she's clearly the biggest women's star they've ever had.

 

I’m starting to wonder if Rock/Roman gets announced for Mania next year potentially in Vegas ?

 

maybe but then why have cody humiliate himself and say he's not going to wrestle roman at mania?

 

Night one Rock vs Roman (bloodline interferes costing Rock and cauing a further fued)
Night two Cody vs Roman (Bloodline interferes again, but Rock makes the save of outside interference causing Cody to win title clean.) Cody and Rock walk out of WM40 complete babyfaces and sets up Roman vs Rock WM41

 

Mercedes has had great matches since she left WWE

 

I'm thinking that Roman is doing double duty, or Rock/Roman is next year.

Which makes what they did on Friday all the more dumb. Seth should be livid.

nah I just am consistent in finding Rock unfunny for like 15 years lol. he is a great serious promo when he wants to be but the shtick hits different from a entrepreneurial mogul fueled by validaton

I mean, kinda understandable they pushed him out after he tried to buy the thing, but still, why not just sell it then?

With how bad Ruby has been in AEW, it worried me a little bit about Mercedes, but yeah, she's had some really good matches after WWE so its not like her whole career just stagnated.

There's also just so many fresh feuds, and Sasha is a solid enough ring worker that there's people she can elevate too

 

that's silly. jericho, sting, danielson, and copeland are easily all bigger, just off the top of my head. and that's just north american established guys and doesn't even include your moxleys or omegas or mjfs who've gotten further elevated as a consequence of aew.

 

Mercedes will be great as long as they keep her away from Ruby/Saraya. Honestly AEW should release those two. They’ve absolutely underwhelmed in AEW and have nothing more to offer the company. With so many women coming in recently they are not needed at all.

 

Mercedes has over 2M twitter followers and 6.3M instagram followers

Jericho and Danielson come close to the same amount of impressions (Jericho and Danielson have more twitter followers but less instagram followers)

so yeah that's an inexact science but I'll rephrase and say she's absolutely on the level of those guys and she's way more popular than Kenny Omega lol

Trying to remain realistic, I'd say she's approximately 800,000,000,000x more famous than the entirety of the AEW Women's Division lol
