Yeah the booking was kinda dumb and nothing we haven’t seen before but the “guy works through injury” angle keeps being done because it works narratively.

AEW certainly has set a high bar in the past, and so this was probably one of the weaker main events they’ve done, but it was miles better than “lol Roman wins the same way he’s won every match for the last two years” shit WWE pulls
