I don’t think WWE is making any kind of turn at all lol. This wasn’t like a huge company with massive DEI investment that are flipping to the right. It’s always been a bunch of the worst people putting on shows every step of the way.

It's been a wild PR week for a bad Wrestlemania buildup. This could be an all-timer in terms of middling.

 

Struggling with wanting to watch Mania especially with NBA/NHL playoffs starting this weekend. Don’t got much motivation to care about this card at all.

 

It’s interesting that Levesque has enjoyed one of the greatest booking runs in wrestling history in terms of fan sentiment from his days in NXT to his first 2+ years running the main roster and the MOMENT there is a little bit of (justified) criticism he ditches all the lip service and dives right into the Vince playbook of blaming everyone else.

But it's crazy they are so open about Vince, Trump etc but especially during the week of the biggest event of year.. what a shitshow

 

They choose to be apart of it. They approve of the company values by continuing to take their money and resign with them. It is not happenstance, it’s their decision, multiple times, to continue to look the other way.
