Brutal week of interviews this week for that company.

Last Dynamite was not only one of the best Dynamites of all time, but one of the best episodes of wrestling period.

 

WWE kind of shitting the bed for this WM week. Feels like a letdown already. I’ll still watch but excitement is way down compared to last two years.

 

I don’t know if it’s been brought up here, but doing the European tour in the peak of the WM buildup is strange to me. I missed a lot of segments because it was on at 3pm here and I didn’t feel like watching it not-live. I think that definitely hurts the momentum. Especially after the buzz post-EC.

But overall, the stories just aren’t hitting the same. The Punk/Rollins/Reigns match is intriguing to me. But Cena/Cody is whatever. The Rock will come out and make it about him though.

 

The Rock disappearing after the heel turn completely killed the momentum along with them doing the same in ring promos week after week. It just doesn’t have the juice. Outside of the three way and Tiffany/Charlotte, nothing has really intrigued me at all and Charlotte is kind of a train wreck watch at this point lol

 

I don't feel excited at all for Mania this year. Doesn't even feel like Mania week.

 

It also doesn’t help that the indies aren’t what they used to be and ROH not running has the weekend feeling a bit empty.

 

same exact feeling, but to be honest I havent watched the product since Netflix Raw night 1. I just read the weekly updates and view WWE youtubers for current stuff. Typically I'm psyched for Mania, but not interested in 75% of the match card this year. Plus the NBA playoff games are both days so I'm more invested in that.

 

For me, the Collective isn't the same as it used to be. Felt like at celebration of indie wrestling, but now GCW is attached at WWE's hip. No longer the same experience.

 

Yep. That and GCW just isn’t what it once was. It’s stale and the talent pool isn’t there. The WWE influence killed any hype I had for Bloodsport. In my opinion the event put on by Prestige, DPW and West Coast Pro are closer to what the collective used to be than what GCW is doing.

 

This week is going to be great for Joshi fans so I’m personally very excited for the two Stardom shows, TJPW, and Spark Joshi

 

For sure I mean neither night has sold out yet which is hilarious

 

That and the long gap between rumble and mania

 

I watch Raw but mainly skip SmackDown, but yeah none of the stories this year are interesting to me. They all just feel sloppily thrown together.

 

It doesn't help that the Mania match I was looking forward to most got axed due to injury

 

Reigns using an interview to both offer support for Janel Grant and endorse Trump is pathetic. I fully expect the WWE at this point to induct Trump into the HOF again just in case people didn’t see the first one.

 

But they will tout a record gate due to ticket prices being astronomical…Shits way too expensive for the average person. If I went to Vegas, I’d just be doing all the indie shows and maybe NXT. Fuck paying $800 for a nosebleed to one night of mania.

 

You wouldn’t catch me dead in Vegas,I’d rather just go to Atlantic City lol

 

AEW Spring Break Thru 4.16.25 got me feeling like this

 

in all seriousness, what an incredible episode of dynamite and a reminder as to why i still love this shit
