She feuded with Sasha recently then she wasn't used at all for a few weeks when that program ended. Think she was used in a tag team match a week or two ago.

 

The way they’re describing protecting their top wrestlers weirds me out, it seems like they were just using toni and her as filler until the other jobbers came back

 

Per this week's Observer, one of the stories going around is that Toni Storm was asked to fly in for / work the DC Show (12/28) at 8AM THAT MORNING.

That's some bullshit.

 

"Hey, we need you to hop on a plane to eat the pin again in a Sasha/Charlotte triple threat to a 40% capacity crowd"

Probably especially infuriating because her TV match that week was taped, and their house show Monday was in FL (where I suspect she lives), so instead of working 1 day in like 2 weeks, they'd surely have wanted her to keep going to the Baltimore and Buffalo shows as well and work the entire week just to lose.

I don’t know if Danhausen is a fit for AEW. Dude can probably make a killing doing indies as he is highly sought out because people love his schtick and he’s a lot of fun. He would probably be a lower mid card spot in AEW.

 

Have Danhausen do commentary in aew.

I can’t say that the use of Big E or Bianca is in any sort of “good faith”, as they’d be sacrificed on the altar of Roman, Becky, Charlotte, etc…and I’m a big AEW guy.

Think we've all talked about it in here. There's a lack of diversity in AEW in the men's division, particularly a dearth of black wrestlers further up the card. It's hard to make the same argument about the women's division though(and Swole actually complained that they were going to put the TBS belt on Jade a couple months ago).

 

Motherfucker is going to make so much money this year. Can't wait to see.

 

Orange Cassidy has done so infinitely better in AEW than I ever expected, but, OC can genuinely work a 15+ minute match and even then he's ended in a couple never-ending feuds because of his character.

Weirdly for Danhausen, he'd might actually do better in WWE than AEW initially....before of course WWE would ruin him

For sure, though its also an industry wide problem and aside from Keith Lee and maybe Jonah Rock, Im not sure there's really an answer out there in the short term. AEW has a pretty strong Latin representation, and they dont really focus on the racial side of their characters like WWE often does.

But certainly get Dan Lambert and Chris Jericho off my TV and give me more of The Acclaimed or LAX or Andrade any day.
