Just watched an NXT recap and who the fuck are any of these people

 

NXT turned to shit when they went to 2.0 - their main event scene for half of 2021 are now main eventing the promotion that killed NXT

 

So I kinda wanna post a photo someone took from Rampage but I'm not entirely sure if it would be considered a full spoiler or not. All I can say is that holy shit I can't wait to watch this street fight now. I'll just post the link instead.

 

NXT 2.0 feels very early 90's WWF. Just the most cartooney unbelievable gimmicks imaginable dreamed up by clueless 60 year old men who think they know what 18-34 demo likes.

It's almost 2022 and they have a wrestler who obviously cannot skate doing a "skater girl" gimmick like it's 2003. They have an Italian American wrestler doing a mafia gimmick. It's the most hokey shit ever.

 

AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT HIS REAL NAME IS JOSEPH ARIOLA AND HIS MOBSTER NAME IS TONY D'ANGELO AND NOT JOEY NIPS

 

Pretty sure they had to pull a bunch of people off this weeks 2.0 at the last minute because of covid, so they replaced them with a bunch of mega geeks.
