Well.. I’m here at Izzy’s debut show. And I’m having my first smelly wrestling fans experience. I’ve been lucky enough to avoid up until this point

Tessa Blanchard is here and I don’t think anybody even recognizes her. Also, Izzy decided to do her meet and greet at intermission literally right in front of my seat. I couldn’t get up or move. It was quite possibly the most awkward experience of my life.

Well… Izzy lost her first match. She was pretty solid in the ring. Pretty good at selling until the match was over, she couldn’t hide her smile and kept pointing to Tessa. Of course she was very Bayley-ish, using bracelets instead of headbands and doing some of her mannerisms. But I guess her finish is going to be an armbar because she kept going for that. Based on one match, I think she’s about on par with some of the more green NXT women if not a little better. Obviously taken with a grain of salt based on one match.

Same. The TNT channel is Hulu is bugged because the others are working fine.

It’s crazy that this show I’m at they are broadcasting using 3 iPhones. The hard cam is just an iPhone on a tripod that’s probably more expensive than the phone.

At this point, iPhones are so high quality that as long as the lighting is decent, it probably works. There's a $5 app that lets you control every setting; and I almost used my iPhone SE for a livestreaming gig a few months back for simplicity sake.
