The only BOTB title changes in hisotry are Sammy winning the interim TNT belt, and Sammy winning back the TNT belt from Scorpio Sky. Literally every other title match has seen the champ retain. Shawn Spears, QT Marshall, Kip Sabian, and Gates of Agony have been the main events of the last 4.

The first couple they at least sorta tried...BOTB 6, Im pretty sure they had 0 announced matches after the Dynamite before it.
