Drew’s contract isn’t up until early next year so I don’t think he’ll stay away for that long. He deserves a good break after working hurt and sick lately.

 

Gunther is a surprising omission. I guess it makes sense if he’s not going to win.

Almost baffled that after almost two decades of having these stupid drafts they still can’t figure out a way to make them make sense in any way.

two weeks ago or something, Trips kicked off Raw with this gem: “Brock Lesnar has rejected being drafted so he can be in either show at any time”.

Ok, so like, why doesn’t everyone just say this lol

Really think the draft / pretending different rosters are on different shows is so the very terrible writing team has less to focus on and try to not make very dumb. If you give bad writers the entire roster they can do dumb shit with, that could go on forever. But only giving them half of that at least should limit the stupidity before they’d just be repeating themselves (not that that has stopped them anyway)

 

Or just keep certain people on certain brands and don’t make an event of it. And then randomly when you wanna shake up storylines just start having them appear on different shows

 

I still don’t get the how/why of the Uso’s showing up on Raw and eventually beating RK Bro. Like, why did they get a match? That’s not their show.

And I get it, it’s wrestling, everything could get picked apart to death by voids of logic but having a draft that they try to present as real (and to do at the same time as the NFL draft I find hilarious, not sure if that’s how the timing has always worked out) when it’s not and it’s literally not mattered at all for how many years, just seems like major filler.
