I wonder if this just ends in a buyout of Vince's stock. He's not going to go down without a fight, but that's basically what they'll need to do. And if he's claiming that he's just on the board to sell, if they can get him to cash out, he should reasonably say yes (he's not reasonable, but him saying no would effectively show that he's not in it for the sale)
