Also, I saw HBK on the Helwani show (who quickly has become my favorite guy to interview wrestlers, guy is a total mark) and it was a great interview.


Happened a couple weeks ago but you can notice his candor for no other reason than his best friend is running the show now and he doesn’t need to be careful with his words.

He touched on a lot of stuff in the 20 min segment, I highly recommend it.

 

NXT was great. Ladder match especially. I think Bron and Mandy need to drop the titles soon tho

 

Yeah it’s time for Bron to be on the main roster, I actually like him

 

Nothing topped the ladder match for me. My lack of interest in Bron and Mandy definitely soured me on their matches. But then again, I’ve only started rewatching NXT recently and I’m still getting used to some of these guys.

 

I was being polite with Bron there. He bores the hell out of me haha

 

havent watched anything but the opener, but have read that the show as a whole was good

 

The triple threat was really good as well. All three were involved throughout and Ilja is always great to watch.

 

When was the Dijakovic tease in the show? Was forwarding through some bits and may have missed it.

Once I read seizure, I figured it was substance related ugh and Kevin himself confirmed it.

I'm just at the beginning of the pod but Kevin is saying him and his son both agreed to stop drinking (Kev probably didn't have a problem but the son really did but Kev was just being a good, concerned parent) and they stopped cold turkey.

Y'all if you know anyone with a serious drinking problem and know they are trying to stop, never let them do it cold turkey. They NEED medical supervision. You are at high risk of a seizure from suddenly stoppinng which can lead to death and that is exactly what happened to Kevin's son. Fucking devastating. Kevin is going to blame himself for a long time.......

Xanax and alcohol are the two substances that can kill you by seizure if you decide to just stop cold turkey after abusing it for a long time.


Fuck, Scott Hall and his son basically lost to the same thing.
