Eh, unlike JB/Luchasaurus, this one they can pay off in a lot of ways. Like, leaving Jericho as ROH champ because he knows he cant beat Danielson is still an interesting angle.

But if he's just back to being the JAS #2, then this was pretty pointless. It'd be right there with JB and Hayter, where they are not pushing new blood at the expense of people who need no more shine

 

I think he’s just gonna be JAS #2 - I think Danielson beats him at full gear and that’s the end

 

I mean thank god TK pulled the trigger on the acclaimed because Jungle Boy, Hayter, and Starks are just hanging the wind with nothing to do

 

I dont think Danielson lets himself be booked to go over Garcia. Dude is happily losing to anyone and everyone these days.

 

Just feels weird that Danielson loses all the time haha

 

If a Danhausen curse actually works...

Tonight's kinda a perfect example of why I like AEW. They made two terrible booking decisions in my mind, but they both came after great matches. The stuff they did pay off (Daddy Ass, OC winning and the Danhausen curse, Britt eating another pin) was genuinely great.

Even at my happiest times in WWE, I had to slog through way too much nothingness

 

Also, Billy Gunn not showing up to the DX reunion because a standing room only crowd is chanting for him a couple nights later

 

AEW is better at sending the fans home happy that’s for sure

but this is like the third time they’ve done the fake turn thing in a month (Luchasaurus, Hayter, and Garcia) and it’s tired at this point but Orange winning the title makes up for the terrible booking earlier

 

What a night, one of my favorite Dynamites in a while

 

Just watched that Hangman promo. Man he really does have such a heavy "late 80's/early 90's WCW top babyface" aura about him in like the best way.

 

Very excited for Orange to carry an AEW title around in a backpack.

 

Didn't end up going, but had I dragged my wife (like I considered), she would have been so confused.
