Incredible GCW show

 

THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME!

 

aw man i like it being Gage but i legit was thinking we were going to get a surprise Onita appearance after the first person was Tremont.

 

I've never been so happy to hear Journey in my life

 

uh wtf was that finish?

 

Finish was odd

 

Must have been running short and had to go home early. Very rushed and awkward.

 

That was fun as hell. I love indie wrestling.

Pops of the night for me were Thunder Rosa showing up, the entire Janela/Cardona match, Mox and the fuck Bully Ray chants.

and MDK all fuckin day may be more over than Adam Cole Bay Bay regarding crowd interaction/response.

I was a little let down with the Ruby/Allie match but I love them both so much, and it was still a fun time.

 

So they worked me good with the Gage thing. I knew I wasn't going to be comfortable until he showed up. Thank god he did.

 

And now this to look forward to.

 

That was a great show. The finish for the main event was messed up but I forgive GCW on a lot of stuff they mess up because it’s kind of a part of the schtick and Gage matches are ugly violent brawls anyways. Overall some great wrestling, insane spots and overbooked madness that makes their shows so much fun. I’m very excited to see Allie and Effy at a local show next month. Hopefully GCW can make it to Portland sometime soon.

 

This was the first GCW show I've watched and outside of a few missteps like the opening ladder match and a rushed finish to the main event, I enjoyed the hell out of this show! Some real solid wrestling in spots (especially the six man tag match!), some really great nostalgia pops, and just overall a ton of fun. Well done, GCW!

Saw a comment online yesterday during Effy's entrance asking what song did he come out to. I still haven't recovered from that comment.

 

Big Rumble surprise is out there. Not sure how we'll handle this for predictions since it seems like this might be the winner as well

Rumble stuff reminds me, since I havent seen anything from M.Lee, lets get the Royal Rumble Draw going. I'll do the random number thing on Friday and I imagine I'll be watching the Rumble Saturday night to see how I somehow still get Tye Dillinger. One draw, I'll do two separate number generators for mens and womens.
