NXT title scene is Finn Dunne Cole KOR and Kross

that's a lot of fire power and adding Black to that now is overkill

yeah I think they just brought it back to make us think he was a changed man from having a child and was gonna be a face again haha

tbf I think Miro's current gimmick is bad and while it was a high profile story it still sucked haha

AEW has a lot of legit title contenders but they've done the smart thing and put many of them in other feuds/stories so that the title picture doesn't get too crowded

NXT literally just threw all their contenders into the same feud while Kross is hunting cruiser weights

but to be fair to NXT Kross getting hurt right after defeating Lee probably put a huge wrench into their long term plans

but then KOR became the hottest baby face in the promotion and they have to ride that as well

 

I'm sure the Kross injury extended his stay in NXT

 

Possibly, but he was already in NXT 10 months when Kross got hurt. I don't know if there were any plans at that point for him to go back. Plus this title run has done absolute wonders for him

Young Rock is okay. Pretty generic and not very funny.

 

Maybe, just maybe, Miro isn't actually some top tier talent like so many of us convinced ourselves he was.

Maybe it’s just more of an example of not everyone would be better off outside of WWE. Maybe they need that direction and scripting. Although I think Miro probably isn’t one of those. But the gamer gimmick is terrible.

I fucking love Miro, but I feel like his ceiling is always upper mid-card, to be honest. But yeah, the gimmick he got when he came to AEW did not help. I love that he wasn't throw into the title picture as a big ex-wwe name, but they did not do him any favors with guy who gets upset that a video game machine is broken

 

Main story in the Observer this week is about the life of Tom Cole, the ringboy who brought to light the abuses incurred by Terry Garvin in the 80's. Rough read.

I'm interested in Rusev as a wrestler, but "the best man" gimmick is fucking trash. Rusev Day/Bulgarian Brute Rusev was great, even during that shitty feud with Ziggler he was great
