I think he's actually their modern Mankind, in an era where Mankind could probably outsell an Austin. That they havent figured out how to make both him and Bray into gods is basically why they'll never regain meaning

 

The thing is, there was no need to send a second ref out there until Roman had been uncuffed. It was a completely unforced error.

 

What’s the point of announcing #1&2 then swap them?

 

What sucks most is this: Roman has been phenomenal, but he loses absolutely nothing if he loses this match to KO, and then regains it at the next PPV. You can even play up the heel turn and make him more vicious. Whereas KO winning does so much for his character. And also, it’s way more interesting story telling.

Yep! Roman got tricked in before the PPV. He got put into exactly the match KO can win. Roman can demand a singles match, no interference, and beat him straight up and lose nothing

 

Orton recovered from being burned to a crisp rather quickly lol
