Excited to wake up and watch WK while working from home. The card isn’t as deep as previous years, but still a lot I’m looking forward to over the two nights.

 

Someone else add their name to the rumble list so my name doesn't have to be next to @oldjersey.

 

Just watched that Arquette doc since it’s on Hulu now. I actually really enjoyed it.

 

Gonna get NJPW world for WK. What should I check out from 2020? Haven’t had it since last years WK.

the Observer is reporting that NJPW is close to landing a deal with a television station that is English based. it’s probably going to be announced soon.

I've been watching Eddie Kingston wrestle for 15 years. He always struck me as a guy who was born in the wrong time. But I wanted him to succeed.

If his moment in the sun versus Cody wasn't enough, to see how he's clearly a locker room leader now, has me absolutely beaming.

 

Quick question for anyone who didn't watch WK on NJPWorld live: Did you have to watch each match individually or was there one continuous stream like normal? Because I had to pick and watch each match individually this morning and I was not a fan of that

 

I don't know if it is the same as it used to be, but they usually post the matches as they happen and the whole thing goes up an hour or two after the show.

 

That's the thing, I opened the app at like 10-ish this morning and it was just the individual matches and even after I finished the main event, the whole thing wasn't up. I know in years prior the whole thing was up by the time I'd wake up, it just threw me off this morning because having to watch each match on their own kinda spoiled how long each match would be.

 

That aside, I thought the show was pretty good except for Kojima/Kenta and O-Kahn/Tanahashi, O-Kahn just seems like too much of a goon

 

Beyond happy for him. That NXT check is gonna buy so much Taco Bell.

 

As someone who had no knowledge of EK's existence prior to his Cody match on dynamite, i can say that he is fucking amazing and AEW was so smart to listen to the fans and sign him. Such an entertaining, real guy.
