I think people are just being dramatic, myself included, because it seems like every year since he’s been on the main roster he gets hurt right before mania. Could be nothing. But it definitely looked legit being there in person. And I don’t know if they showed him arguing with the official who made him go to the back on tv but that did happen and they were already almost behind the stage so it looked like it wasn’t meant to be seen.

 

What do y’all think Edge looks like going forward? Full time? Part time? Title scene? I understand he wants to end his career on his terms but what exactly could he be after? There isn’t a title or stipulation match he hasn’t won. He’s main evented Mania. Has had every accolade. So is he just back for a program or just until he thinks he can’t anymore?

 

He said he wants to retire on his own terms, at the same time vince is definitely going to want him around for at least a year since he supposedly gave him such a big deal.

 

i think we get him in maybe six singles a year with the rest being sporadic tags

 

also the report of Riddle having heat makes me realize how big a shift has taken place in terms of what i care about. with so many performers across everything being such total pieces of shit, Riddle being just a general prick or hard to work with doesnt phase my perception of him a bit lol. as long as he's safe with others wellbeing in the ring and does what the book says at the end of the day, idc if people dont like him. he's at least not dropping the n word on a twitch stream or being Enzo and that's where the world has repositioned my bar lol
