Id say that one is on Shotzi. Its her job to get the push she needs to complete the backflip, and Dakota is just balancing her and falling back...which puts Dakota in danger when she doesnt get the clearance on the move.

I don't understand the legality of it, and would think this could lead to some lawsuits

 

None of what WWE is doing is legal and its why they folded when people actually sue them...but, there's only a few guys with the money and ability outside wrestling to do it and follow through.

Truthfully, Xavier Woods would be the perfect guy, since he's never gonna get a singles run or be anything other than the 3rd New Day member, but he has a still massive career as a streaming/social media personality.
