I definitely feel like the show would have been better if Roman Corbin didn't last over half an hour, could have added that to the two good matches on the card

 

Enjoyable Rumble for the most part. Bork aside, that is. Him being in there actually got me cheering on Strowman. “Yes, him and Keith are gonna toss him out... wait... why are you fighting each other... fuck sake, book these guys smart at least”

Thankfully, Drew eliminating him and going on to win it more than made up for it. I’ve been aboard the McIntyre train ever since just before he re-signed, so this is the best possible outcome. I can actually see him beating Brock at Mania. He’s having the rocket strapped, that’s for sure.

 

the rumble felt like nothing matter after Drew eliminated Brock. None of the other guys would have made much sense.

 

Edge being back makes me want to go to Raw too... I need someone to tell me not to go

Usually it’s a no brainer for me and I go regardless but this really has me realizing how much of a chore it is to go to a raw/Smackdown taping

 

Hahaha yeeeeeah I know. Last taping I went to was AEW and i think i'm cooling on wrestling. Last night was the first time i had fun with it in a while.

 

One note from this wrestle weekend. Rickey Shane Page is such a good heel because he got me to listen to and enjoy a Bring Me the Horizon song.

 

I’m still tearing up over hearing “You think you know me” again. Had proper tears in my eyes. So so fucking good.

 

Was Kevin Dunn drunk during Edge's return?

 

Got Drew McIntyre telling me to adopt a cat on one channel, mickie James promoting raw on another

 

You're telling me you didn't enjoy the 40 minute walking tour of minute maid park?

The stuff with the usos and everything was fine but seriously half that fight was just walking from point a to b to c.

 

So many random crowd shots, and cutting to a new shot every 2 seconds.

It helped that WM34 had that massive entrance ramp, but they used a lot more wide shots of the crowd to give it a big feel when the Hardy's returned. Edge, you could barely see him the first 20 seconds or so

 

Yeah you could barely see him at first and then they just cut away from the first spear.

 

If not for that return, this could've easily been a bottom ten rumble. I'm not even an edge fan, but the crowds response was so surreal.

Do you guys rank stuff around here? Where do you put this rumble?

I really glad I still enjoyed the show last night, because the camerawork is one of the main reasons why I can't watch any main roster stuff.
